Tuesday update!

Quick catch up from yesterday as it wAs my day of I decided on a cooked breakfast once back from dropping the kiddies of but to begin with a large tea was needed! So a quick tea before school and the to warm up once we where back this huge plate of deliciousness! 2 syns Nd. Healthy B nom nom!!!






As u can Imagine I was bloody stuffed till around 2 when I decided to indulge in some more syns in snacks rather then another big meal so I had 
Crispy fries (4.5 syns) sugar free polos( 4 syns)
     




With those eaten it was school run time and it was bloody freezing!!!! So a brisk walk was just what we needed! I then got told my the kids they wanted SPag bol for tea instead of the jacket potato so I oblige and made them a sw SPag Bol which Leon's response was "bloody lovely mum" lol! 

I then plodded of in the freezing cold with billie in toe as she loves coming to group with me and even better I lost another 1lb woop! 9lb in 3 weeks 😃 very happy I must say! And it was lovely to stay to group this week as last few weeks I haven't been able to so was able to catch up with a few people which was fab as our group is amazeballs if I do say so myself! 

Anyway quick round up as I need to do today's blog jacket spud with tuna mayo and sweet corn ( 4 syns)

Total syns 14.5 and also I forgot to mention healthy As in teas all day

Excuse the slackness!!

Just a quick blog today! Excuse the slackness it's not been a great week end due to a variety of things arguments tantrums n illnesses so have falled of the wagon this weekend but not like I would have done mainly bread and cheese where as usually would have been that plus sweets chocolate and take aways tomorrow's blog will be back to normal as it's weighin day!

Whoooo it's Friday!!


Well today started of dreadful I was shattered leila is poorly and so 4 hours sleep was on the menu :( 
Poorly princess looking all sorry for herself :(

Anyway I did manage a lovely bacon sandwich using my healthy B and 1 syn for tomato sauce 



It gave me the energy I needed for the morning tho at work. Dreading 9-4 because 1) poorly princess and 2) I just wanted to sleep! Any way I managed to get through it just lol

Lunch was the same as Thursday a subway salad to keep me syn free however I did forget the photo of it but u all know what it is by now is had if often enough lol! 

Work dragged the remaining 3 hours and I could not wait to go home and have tea and a good chill out! 

We had decided to treat ourselves this week with steak( the kids had chicken) and I'm so glad I got it! Yum!!!! And only 1.5 syns for the mayo.





I have no idea why it won't move my pictures but that is afters graze box treat (7.5) syn and options(2 syns) with 10 mini marshmellows(1 syn) and squirt cream (1.5 syn for 6 level table spoons) bloody deliciousness! 

Today's syns total: 12 :) very happy and very full and hoping for a better nights sleep!!

"Diet" food!

Big woops to start the day planned lunch on the go but completly forgot my breakky not a great start! I ended up grabbing some weetabix breakfast biscuits which I had two of for 5 syns not to bad I suppose. Any way with me forgetting to take breakfast I didn't have much luck this morning with dropping a chair on my toe then stubbing it minutes later! Note to self be frigen careful!!! 

Anyway as today is Thursday it was my weekly lunch date with the wonderful hailey and William! So subway salad was on the menu!

With our lunch date over I wondered back to work soaking wet : ( bloody rain!!! Anyway work this afternoon was pretty much plain sailing so once I finished I couldn't wait to get home for tea 
Jacket potato with tuna mayo and sweetcorn curry loaf and a large salad! Hence the title diet food I really fancied it so that's exactly what I had although tomorrow will be treat night "steak" we vary rarely but it so for us it is a treat and I can't wait (already thinking about food for tomorrow woops)

Any way as I write this I am munching on 2x alpen lights (healthy b) 



Around 10 I was hungry yet again despite having tonnes of water:squash so I opted for my favourite atm Big Mac in a bowl n it hit the spot perfectly!

Weigh in today!

Today started with me regrettablly not setting my alarm till 7 which meant running around like a headless chicken getting pack ups ready and my lunch ready as completly forgot last night! Any way breakfast was a quick affair

Grapes yogurt (activia 0% fat free) and 2x alpen lights (healthy B) however I didn't eat the grapes as felt a bit meh! 


Once that was nommed I then plodded of to work which was hectic with a full house(all children in) and very hyper I might add so was extremely relived when it was lunch time. Because I missed group last night I headed of there first before having my lunch and to my surprise lost 3lb meaning 8lb in 2 weeks and I got this little beauty!!


A massive proud me moment as previously at slimming world I have had lots of gains n skipping sessions etc so to get this my second week was amazing!!

Any way once I had been weighed I headed back to work to eat my lunch which was:
Curry loaf with a salad followed up with an activia 0% fat yog



Once work was finished at 5 as we had a meeting I headed off home I had already decided that I wanted omelet for tea for 2 reasons I hadn't had one for a long time and also because we had around 15 eggs in the fridge that needed using! I opted for cheese (healthy A) bacon and onion one with beans for some reason I won't eat omelet without the beans mainly because I love beans lol!


I ate the lot and it did the job of filling me up nicely altho I did have a little something about an hour later but it was just another alpen light for a choc fix meaning (3 syns)

As I headed to bed early I checked my phone around 9 before headin up to find a well done text from my consultant with the added bonus of finding out I was slimmer of the week! Now that certainly put a smile on my face as I headed up to bed I've been doing slimming world for past 2 years now( even with the re joining) and not once have I managed to get slimmer of the week so I was extra pleased that I managed it within my 2nd week of re joining!

Anyway with 3 syns for the day and me weary (hence only now posting blog) hopefully tomorrow brings another fab food day xxx

Woops late again!

Sorry for the late blogging yet again!! But I can assure I have been on plane despite having no pictures thanks to my wonderful phone deciding to make them disappear! Food was quite samey as the following week due to lack of shopping! 

Anyway on to today! Shopping arrived last night woop which means I can mix my meals up a bit this week and will be trying the Big Mac in a bowl again(tried it before but left out Half the ingredients) also the usual curry night, sw SPag Bol jacket spuds and what ever else I decide to cook hopefully a yummy risotto nom nom

Anyway breakfast was a light affair even with me not having work today I was up late so just had a Greek style muller light 1/2 syn and 2 alpen lights(healthy B) 

For lunch I decided to give the Big Mac in a bowl ago again first time round I forgot the gherkins and thousand island dressing woops! Any way I'm so glad I did it tasted amazing!!! An so easy to make! Fry some chopped onions and gherkins in a little fry light to soften then add some mince and cook meanwhile in a bowl a layer of iceberg lettuce chopped! Once cooked add the mince combo on top and add 1tbs light thousand Island dressing(1 syn) and some cheese me personally used 3 cheese slices (healthy A) it was frigen amazing!! And will be made again on a regular basis! And it filled me up nicely! 


Once that was eaten and much fun with the wee one had with her potty training and "shopping" I had to do the school run so 20 min walk in total to add To my body magic as I have been doing 20-30 mins wii fit everyday!

Tea had already been decided which was the wonderful curry again at 11 syns for the curry and 3popadoms!


After tea was eaten and everything cleaned away n leila to bed we decided on a few games with the twins before they headed to bed so several games on Mario cart wii(sadly I lost!) and a game of Leon's which he got for Xmas! Doctor who (he is obsessed with the programme!) 

Once we had our wind down time I munched on these(1 syn for quice)

Saturdays struggle days!

Sorry it's late again! A case of the CBA attacked along with billie in pain again but all seems ok today thank god! 

Anyway yesterday started with a lovely Layin with no one surfacing till around 9am which is all well and good but left us 45 mins for breakky to get ready and out the house as Leon has football training on a Saturday so breakfast was more brunch as we it back just after 11 with Leon looking like he had bathed in mud! So rick did me my fav sw fry up at 2 syns for the lot plus 1x healthyB! 

This lovely lot kept me going until around 8pm last night however I was a wee but naught pinching some the twins haribo and several large handful of nuts! Not good! *smacks hand*

However whilst texting Karen whilst my chilli and chips cooked we decided rick can have the rest the nuts and any bellyache that goes with them as he too loves peanuts! Lol!

Tea was completly syn free with my helping of low low for healthy A the chilli was prefect and was loaded with superfree!

Am you know what the thing I love about sw is I ate the bloody lot! Altho I may have gone over my syns Saturday one thing I will take away from it is alho I was naughty I got straigh back in control and haven't let it ruin the rest my week! Which those who know me and go to group with me no that's my downfall! Self sabotage!

Lots of sick :(

Sorry about no blog last night I had a very poorly billie on my hands one minute ok the next minute sick very where! So as u can imagine blogging was not on my mind luckily today she has been fine so hoping it was just something she had eaten yesterday. Any way yesterday was ok food side with a flexi tea we had planned breakfast was as follows nothing major as I can't eat a lot so early in the morning!

work was same old same old so i wont bore you with the details but i was very much indeed looking forward to meeting the wonderful friend of mine with one very handsome chappy Hailey and william :) we had already decided on a subway salad as it was syn free and bloody yummy at that i a no longer a subway virgin!! 


once work was finished the same old same old again im afraid apart from a wild child lol! me rick and the kids had decided on a treat of a curry which could be flexi syn as i wanted naan and poppadoms unfortunatly my phone died on me so no photo for tea woops! note to self* keep bloody phone charged*

anyway with my syns for the day totalling 32 i didnt have anything else as was bloody stuffed and had allowed myself 40 syns so i think overall my flexing was good to come under

Today!!
today i shall give you another quick over view as we are settling down to watch a film soon and no doubt i shall fall asleep half way through as i usualy do woops! 


breakfast minimul as always lunch due to lack of making anything because of billie being poorly night i opted for the subway again which i think i shall say even if no one else will is bloody damb good for me as the last month before i re-joined every other day would have been mc donalds of KFC if i hadnt taken lunch with me.tea was speed soup again so all in all no syns woop woop!!

Day late!

This will be a quick over view from yesterday as last night I was asleep by 8:30 due to being shattered! 
Breakfast was about the same as usual! 

Lunch was spud u like at 4 syns for the 2tbs light mayo!

Tea was lovely and so very quick(I didn't  eat the skin on the chicken tho) 1 syn for extra light mayo!

I seemed to have got very hungry after tea with the following snacks!

Weighin day!

Well today I woke up feeling a little bit better but regrettably I was up later then I should have been ready for the school run so didn't manage to get anything to eat altho I did manage to have a lovely bacon sandwich with tomato ketchup(1 syn) and healthy b of bread and I wash it down a lovely cuppa using my milk allowance 

I then plodded on with cleaning etc and entertaining leila! As well as making these little beauties that the wonderful Helena from my sw group sent me the recipie for coconut macaroons! 
Makes 30: 2 syns each! 
They are 4 egg whites
71g of coconut
198g sugar 

Simple to make too! Wisk the eggs until frothy then add the sugar
Once the sugar is added beat until stiff, once stiff fold in the coconut.
Bake in the over on 170/gas mark 3 for half hour done!


As I was busy all afternoon lunch got side tracked so I just had these at 4 syns;


Once they were eaten I made a lovely lasagna ready for tea( I had mine after weighin!)

It looks like a pile of slodge there but it was bloody yummy! When I find the recipie I shall upload it for anyone who wishes to try t x 

Any way I plodded of to weighin wondering what the scales would say and also very nervous I wasn't staying I group either which I hate doing but still not 100% and don't think everyone would appreciate me sharing my germs with them all! Anyone I got to the scales 
and bamb! 5 off!!!! Absolutely amazing so so pleased n proud of myself! 

Before I bid u goodnight I want to share with u one of my inspiration for re joining last week my wonderful friend karen(many of u may know her/ read her blog) will know how frigen amazing this beautiful lady is she has come she has pulled me back up so many times when I felt like saying sod it! She is a true slimming world success story and altho not every week she sees what she wants in the scales despite being on plan it doesn't stop her from achieving her goals!

Slowly getting there!

Well today I woke up rubbish still and very sleepy. Although I wasn't overly hungry before the school run I managed a couple of cold sausages (1syn) 

Once the twins were dropped of safely at school I plodded home and just slept pretty much most the morning which was a amazing idea as woke up feeling a lot better and actually hungry which I haver felt the last few days so I polished of these little beauties.

4x rhyvita original(healthy b) (I ate one before picture) topped with 4x extra light cheese triangles(healthy a) onion and tuna mayo (1 syn)was bloody delicious and very filling!




Once this was eaten it was almost time to to collect the twins from school altho lots of cuddles with leila was in need :) 

Billie and Leon decided they wanted chicken nuggets and waffles for tea so that's what they had however this was mine! 




This hit the spot perfectly and used up some of my syns 2 x wholemeal slice(400g loaf) 6 syns, 1 large onion,beans, diced potato, 3x 1/2 syn sausages  and 2 bits bacon! 

And yes I polished this lovely lot mmmm perfect! So that's  9 1/2 syns in total and I'm totally stuffed not an aweful lot of superfree but hey I'm bk on plan!

Lurgy :(

Excuse the slackness of my blog the last few days but I've been poorly so have mainly been sleeping x Friday started off ok with breakfast on plan :)


Lunch was slightly rushed at work as me and my work college decided to do a bit of shopping so only had 5/10 minutes to eat but it was on plan at least when we got bk to work


However as the afternoon went on I felt worse and worse so by the time I got home all I did was cry feel sorry for myself and sleep! I kept my self dosed up with painkillers which helped the aching and the extreme fever! As u can probably guess tea wasn't on the menu at first however around 8pm I was peckish so rick just made me some plain chicken and it was just what I needed 

I'm afraid that was pretty much it for Friday x 


Today started with a bacon roll (healthy B) 1 syn for tomato sauce 

Lunch was more chicken (sorry about pictures I have been quite slack again due to me starving!)  followed by fruit and one of my graze snacks (4 syns) 

That was about it really as I felt utter poop and spent most the time in bed sleeping or curled up with lots of pain killers! 

Sunday 
Woke up around 6 feeling even worse so my first thought was ice cold water pain killers and more sleep I woke up feeling a lot better around 8 only to find my washing machine had decided to die on us! Not good with 3 kids in the house! 

So rather then breakfast( couldn't swollow anyway) I went on the hunt for a new machine n the wonderful Margaret from my slimming world group was a star and has very kindly given us one for free!! Many thanks again!! 

Once home and the washing machine away in its new home i was peckish and so had 2x hifi lights 

We had pondered tea quite a bit all afternoon pondered what to have for tea we settled on a slimming world fry up as I had no syns I splashed out some on hash browns 5syns for 100g and 4.5 on white bread as sadly no brown bread left!!! disaster!!! Also half 1/2 syn sausage *fried onions* beans topped with light cheese slices (healthy A) bacon(all fat removed) not huge tea but considering I haven't really eaten an aweful lot last few days it was a huge meal.

Hopefully tomorrow will bring a better food day and me starting to feel human again for now tho I have found my before pictures! Here goes!

Another headache! :(

Today started the same as yesterday up n ready for work however today I decided not to walk due to the feet issues from yesterday! Although before I left breakfast was needed!

Muller Greek style yog (1/2 syn) an melon and grapes as I wasn't feeling very hungry!


Work was pretty much the same as yesterday with a wonderful headache :( it's my third day on plan and my third headache! 

After slogging the last hour out leading up to lunch was torture with the kids at work being rather loud didn't help my headache so lunch was greatly appreciated!

2x whole meal rolls with 3x cheese light slices (healthy A) onion and lettuce (70g- 1x healthy B plus 1 syn), muller Greek style yog (1/2 syn), melon and grapes and hoops an crosses crisps (4 syns) this lovely lot hit the spot perfectly.
The last 3 hours at work seemed to drag by with my headache getting worse an worse :( luckily once home Ricky had some of my painkillers an drink waiting for me 30 mins later I felt right as rein! *note to self take tablets with me to work!*

Tea was a lazy effort of jar brought curry rogan josh (5 syns per serving) with 2 popadoms that worked out at 2 syns each rather spicey but very yummy all the same! 
Once tea was consumed I was extremely full and very satisfied so chilling out was in order one all 3 kids where in bed so a game on the wii was in order and cooking a bolognaise pasta bake for lunch tomorrow and a chilli ready to be put on in the morning to be frozen 

So that's 15 syns for today and still 100% on plan and bloody loving it!! 

Last snackages before bed more melon and grapes(my favourite at the moment lol)

Sore feet!!

Today started of with me using the wonderful invention of the snooze button although it didn't last to long as I needed to be up and ready as I had decided to walk to work today to get in some body magic! This meant something light for breakfast as I didn't want to walk in a heavy breakfast so today breakfast was:

30g malt wheat (healthy b) with my healthy a allowance and a large handful of grapes!




Once breakfast was eaten and I was ready I said my goodbyes and left rick and the kids and of I plodded to work! And my god was it a walk I got to work feelings exhausted aching back and extremely sore feet!! But this is what I did:
Now as you can imagine realising you are on paper work for a bit this comes as a relief for my sore feet as the shoes came of haha! Work was busy today so didn't get much rest till I finished at 4 however I did get my hour lunch which was:

Curry loaf,ham and salad for those of you who don't know u make curry loaf using a packet of curry rice, a tin of chic pea dahl(morrisons or asda are syn free) and 3 eggs cook the rice first then mix all together n bung in the oven! Tastes amazing and is syn free if eaten with your superfree :) 



It was very filling and kept me going till I could get home and have tea we had already decided on tea this morning as the twins were at a friends for tea something which and easy was in order and this is what we had and very filling it was too!


once that was eaten it was chill time with the family :) 

however once they headed to bed a lovely headache appeared some just a cup of tea using the rest of my milk allowance for the day leaving me only having 1 syn in total for my mayo and a small suger free sweet

night night and hopefully no headache tomorrow!
